Dino’s entrepreneurial mindset, driven by innovation, creativity and forward-thinking, matured from management experiences in multiple international companies. His varied professional background ranging from IT sector, industrial automation, electronic and networking in transportation sector, radiation measurement instrumentation, and other, attributes to his vast competences and holistic knowledge of the company’ business processes. With LED Luks he opened a new entrepreneurial chapter, entering the lighting market and being in charge for strategic plans and financial aspects of the company.

Matija's passion lies in combining entrepreneurial and electrical engineering knowledge, resulting in advanced solutions in product and project development. His leadership skills go hand in hand along with his natural talent for building strong client relationships and empowering people to deliver excellence and self-initiative. He is responsible for setting company strategy and managing the team.
