It is proved that dynamic lighting not only has a positive impact to human biorhythm, health and sleeping quality, but also significantly influences effectiveness and concentration at work. Due to dynamic white technology, we achieve light with a natural light spectrum by modifying light color temperature approximately between 2700K and 5000K, which is the optimal light condition during working hours.
Dynamic luminaries produce biologically effective light and replicate the natural light and dark cycles inside homes and office:
Early morning layer of light
High intensity rich bluish white layer of light resets our circadian clock for an easier start of the day and improves concentration. Color temperature is set to 5000K.
Late morning / Daytime layer of light
A high intensity cool bluish white layer of light stimulates serotonin production. It produces a sense of good mood and well-being. Serotonin is supposed to influence our mood and happiness. Cold white light energises, promotes concentration and thus helps bridge the phase of sleepiness after lunch. Color temperature exceeds 5000K and the illuminance is higher.
Early evening layer of light
A low intensity warm colour temperature makes a gentle transition to leisure at the end of the working day, relaxes, signalling the onset of night. The color temperature is set to 2700 K and the illuminance is lower.
Late evening layer of light
A dim glow of warm colour layer of light in orange or red triggers the conversion of serotonin to melatonin. Melatonin is a strong anti-oxidant, which means it slows down the ageing process and it is thought to protect us against Alzheimer’s disease, cancer, obesity, heart diseases and diabetes etc.
Se lever et se coucher avec le soleil est un gage de bien-être
